The minimum age to rent a room is 18 years and 31 days. Minors unaccompanied by their parents or by a responsible adult must show a photocopy of a parental identity document with relative authorization in free form signed.
For reasons of public safety, guests are not allowed to let other people access the rooms at any time.
For the purposes of food hygiene safety it is forbidden for guests to bring food or drinks into the room, bring various objects and appliances;
It is not allowed to hang towels or linen on the balcony railings;
The guest undertakes to respect the structure and the things contained therein, any damage caused will be charged at the cost of the restoration;
It is forbidden inside the premises: to smoke, use drugs, speak loudly, shout, slam doors or windows, connect any household appliance brought with you to the electrical system except for the electric razor.
It is forbidden to allow children to wander around the various rooms. In this sense, it is recommended to respect the time slots 23:00 – 08:00 and 14:00 – 16:00 hours when rest is expected.
Si raccomanda inoltre, ogni qualvolta si esce dalla camera, di chiudere a chiave la porta e di controllare che le finestre siano ben chiuse, onde evitare eventuali sottrazione di valori dalle stanze. Non è consentito lasciare acceso il condizionatore durante l’assenza dalla camera.

CHECK-IN
The delivery of the rooms is scheduled between 15.00 and 19.00, except for special needs of our guests; In any case, communication about the estimated time of arrival is welcome.
Guests are invited, upon arrival, to provide an identification document and leave a precautionary deposit of Euro 100.00 to pay for any damage caused to the structure and / or late check-out, and at the same time regularize the payment of the booked stay.
The agreed price for the stay in our B&B includes the use of the room and the bathroom, the supply of towels and sheets, the use of TV and air conditioners, WiFi, the use of all accessories. , bathroom kit and cleaning.
CHECK-OUT
I the rooms must be vacated by 10:00 to allow cleaning and delivery to new arrivals, 10:30 will result in a charge of 50,00 euros and after 12:00 the cost of one night, equal to the precautionary deposit, paid at the time check-in or checkout. Failure to deliver or lose any keys: will result in a charge of € 30,00.
During the stay in the structure, the bedrooms and the bathroom must normally be vacated by 10:30 am to allow for daily tidying and cleaning; beyond these times, daily cleaning is not guaranteed. Correct and civil use of the toilets is recommended, avoiding throwing anything into the toilet: (use the special baskets).
The bedroom and bathroom are equipped with everything guests may need: blankets, pillows, towels, personal hygiene products, etc. For any other needs ask the staff.
It is possible to use the room until 17:00 on the day of departure at a cost of € 50.00 but only with the agreement of the B&B manager or receptionist.
RESERVATIONS
The reservation request can also be made via a simple email to be sent to info@dgcamere.it or by phone by calling +39 379.1588065, you will receive from us an email confirming receipt, with the indications of the payment methods. The payment of the deposit can be made with PayPal or bank transfer. In the event that, for unforeseeable reasons, the booked property should become unavailable for reasons of extraordinary maintenance or force majeure, it will be our care to find an adequate accommodation, or, at the customer’s request, to return the sum received in full as deposit without further claims.
Annulment
If communicated more than 21 days before arrival there is no penalty. It is retained: 50% of the deposit in case the cancellation is requested between 21 and 14 days before arrival, the total amount if in the 14 days before arrival.
The balance of the room can be made by check, debit card, credit card or in cash.
