Below are the terms and conditions accepted during the booking

The minimum age to rent a room is 18 years and 31 days.

 

Minors unaccompanied by their parents or a responsible adult must show a photocopy of a parental identity document with relative authorization in free form signed;

 

For reasons of public safety, guests are not allowed to let other people access the rooms at any time;

 

For the purposes of hygienic-food safety it is forbidden for customers to bring food or drinks into the room, use household appliances not supplied with the room;

 

It is not allowed to hang towels or linen on the balcony railings;

 

Pets are not allowed;

 

No smoking in the rooms and corridors;

 

The Guest undertakes to respect the structure and the things contained therein, any damage caused will be charged at the cost of the restoration.

Prohibitions

Inside the premises it is forbidden to smoke, use drugs, speak loudly, shout, slam doors or windows, connect any household appliance brought with you to the electrical system except for the electric razor.

 

It is forbidden to allow children to wander around the various rooms.

Recommendations

It is recommended to respect the time slots 23:00 – 08:00 and 14:00 – 16:00 hours when rest is expected.

 

It is also recommended, whenever you leave the room, to lock the door and check that the windows are well closed, in order to avoid any subtraction of values ​​from the rooms;
The Management is not responsible for the shortage of objects and / or valuables of the guests, each guest is required to diligently keep the objects owned by him;

 

It is not allowed to leave the air conditioner on while you are absent from the room.

CHECK-IN
The delivery of the rooms is scheduled between 15.00 and 19.00, except for special needs of our guests. However, communication about the estimated time of arrival is welcome.
Customers are invited, upon arrival, to provide an identification document, leave a precautionary deposit of Euro 100.00 (to pay for any damage caused to the structure and / or late check-out), and at the same time to regularize the payment of the booked stay. The agreed price for the stay in our B & amp; B includes the use of the room and bathroom, breakfast, the supply of towels and sheets, the use of TV and air conditioning, internet line, use of all bathroom accessories and cleaning service. Please note that breakfast will be served at the Bar Moreno nearby on via Flacca.
CHECK-OUT
On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated by 10.00 am to allow cleaning and delivery to new guests. Any delays, protracted beyond 10:30, will result in the charge of an additional night, equal to the precautionary deposit, paid at the time of check-in. Failure to deliver or loss of the key will result in a charge of Euro 50,00.

Standards

During the stay in the structure, the bedrooms and the bathroom must normally be vacated by 10.30 am to allow any tidying up and cleaning. Beyond these times, the service will not be guaranteed. Correct and civil use of the toilets is recommended, avoiding throwing improper material in the toilet (use the special baskets).

 

The bedroom and bathroom are equipped with everything: blankets, pillows, towels, personal hygiene products, etc. For any other needs ask the staff.

 

It is possible to use the room until 12:00 on the day of departure at a cost of Euro 50,00.

 

Please understand that the DayUse of the room will be granted only based on availability. For information contact a manager of the facility.

Reservations

The request for availability and the reservation for a stay at the B&B Di Girolamo can be made online, through this site (Book online), via Booking.com, by telephone or via a simple email.

 

For us, the telephone booking is not binding until the confirmation deposit has been received. We will deem it reliable only if a copy proving the payment of the deposit has been sent via Email. If, during the waiting period for proof of payment, other Customers book online, this last booking will be considered binding by us and prior to the aforementioned telephone one.

 

In this case, however, we will try to find a solution, by mutual agreement, with the customer who booked by phone, in the absence of this, any deposit sent will be refunded in full.

 

All prices are indicated in each single room card and are per night, including the services and amenities specified on the site. No fees are added.

 

You will receive from us an email confirming receipt, accompanied by indications of the payment methods. In the case of offline booking, the payment of the deposit can be made by credit card, via PayPal or bank transfer.

 

In the unfortunate event that the booked property should become unavailable for reasons of extraordinary maintenance or force majeure, it will be our care to find suitable accommodation, or, at the request of the Client, to return the amount received as a deposit in full without further claims.

Problems and cancellations

In the event that the customer is unable to occupy the room from the day booked due to difficulties during the trip, strikes, delays or personal and / or health reasons, there is no refund.

 

In the event of early departure, the customer will be required to pay the cost of the room for the entire booked stay.
